We process only the data needed to prepare or provide the service, communicate with you or comply with legal requirements.

  • Contact details: name, surname, phone number and email address.
  • Delivery and service details: address, preferred delivery time, portion count, type of event or institution.
  • Company or institution data: name, contact person and details needed for invoicing or registration.
  • Catering request details: selected services, comments, menu preferences, allergies or dietary restrictions if you provide them.
  • Communication data: correspondence, requests and our replies.
  • Website technical data: IP address, browser information, visited pages, cookies and analytics data if such technologies are used.

Dietary and Health-Related Information

If you provide information about allergens, diets, health or dietary restrictions, we use it only to adapt the catering service and provide it safely.

This information is processed in a limited scope and only for as long as needed for the specific request or service.

  • Performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, such as preparing an offer and organising catering.

Purposes of Processing

Personal data is used for clear purposes connected with providing LINELE services.

  • Preparing offers and communicating about catering or delivery details.
  • Coordinating menus, portions, delivery schedules and special dietary requirements.
  • Organising events, banquets, coffee breaks, institution catering and home-meal delivery.

Data Retention

Data is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose or required by law. When the retention basis ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.

  • Contact form and request data: up to 2 years from the last communication if no contract is concluded and no longer term is needed.
  • Service and transaction data: for the period required by accounting and tax laws.
  • Communication history: for as long as needed to handle the request, resolve disputes or control service quality.
  • Analytics data: according to the settings of the analytics tools used and applicable requirements.

Sharing Data with Third Parties
