“LINELE began in 2009, while I was on parental leave. Quite by chance I came across a space that had once housed a Jewish restaurant, and in that moment the idea of starting my own business was born. I named it after my daughter — LINELE.
At first we developed the restaurant and food delivery, but over time I realised that our greatest value is everyday catering for those who care about stability, quality and a reliable partner. So LINELE gradually focused on catering for kindergartens, schools, care homes, companies and events.
It has always mattered to me that food should be more than just a service. Food must be prepared with love, responsibility and respect for the people who entrust us with their daily meals. To me, LINELE means a team, experience and care for every portion that reaches our clients.
And my greatest joy is seeing LINELE food become part of people's everyday lives — reliable, warm and welcome.”
